As spring blooms across the Tuscan landscape, the chill of winter begins to fade replaced by the gentle warmth of the sun. If spring were a color, what would it be for you?

Pink, white, vibrant hues of green, nature paints with a delicate palette of colors. A sense of renewal fills the air and the bikes are free again after a couple of weeks of rain.

It's a time of abundance and freshness, where the flavors of springtime ingredients shine brightly in every dish.
Tender asparagus spears, plump strawberries, prickly artichokes make their debut at the markets. There are plenty of seasonal veggies and fruits to celebrate the flavors of springtime.

My Ricotta Mousse Dessert Recipe for You

The newborn lambs are playing in the fields, and their mothers are abundant with the freshest milk: it's the perfect season to make the finest ricotta. This delicious, creamy cheese can also be used for dessert. Back in the kitchen, my ricotta mousse makes its return. This fluffy dessert, with crunchy meringue bites inside, is a much lighter version of a regular mousse, ready in 10 minutes. Topped with fresh strawberries, it’s the perfect recipe to pop up an easy but still delicious dessert.
